Cat TV Bird Feeder is operated by WYSAMM LLC, an independent media company registered in Yerevan, Armenia (TIN 08222398). This policy explains what information Cat TV Bird Feeder collects when you watch on a connected-TV platform, and how it is used.

What we collect

Cat TV Bird Feeder is a free, ad-supported (AVOD) streaming channel. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contact details. The connected-TV platform you watch on (for example Roku) provides us with limited, non-identifying technical and advertising data so the channel can play and be supported by ads.

• A resettable advertising identifier (such as Roku RIDA), which you can reset or limit in your device settings.
• Device type, app version, and coarse playback diagnostics (buffering, errors).
• Coarse, non-precise location at the country/region level for ad compliance.

Advertising

Ads on Cat TV Bird Feeder are served and monetized through the Adbustr SSP. Ad partners may use your platform advertising identifier to measure and frequency-cap ads. You can enable “Limit Ad Tracking” in your TV platform’s privacy settings to opt out of personalized advertising.

Processors

We use a small set of service providers to deliver the channel: Mux (video streaming), Vercel (web hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery), and your connected-TV platform (such as Roku) for distribution and ad framework. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because Cat TV Bird Feeder does not collect identifying personal data, there is typically no profile to access or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, or wish to exercise a privacy right under the GDPR, the CCPA, or a similar law, contact ab@adbustr.com.

Children

Cat TV Bird Feeder is a general-audience channel and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
